All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when you collect your vehicle. This agreement outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance coverage, charges, and your obligations related to the rental. In cases of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Rental Vehicle Requirements
- To rent a vehicle from Car Hire in Normanton, you must be at least 21 years old, although age restrictions may vary based on the vehicle type. Drivers under 25 may incur additional fees. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or any dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used as intended, within specified passenger and weight limits, and must remain within agreed geographical boundaries unless authorized otherwise.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Normanton will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
